Creative Design

We are able to produce any kind of printed documents with innovative designs of the highest quality.

Working in this domain for so many years, we know the impact between ordinary and state of the art documents. No matter what the size of your company, your image will be reflected by the documents you provide, whatever they may be: from your business cards to your letterheads, from your flyers to your advertisements…

Our aim is to ensure that your final documents will be of the highest quality without compromise.

Innovative Typesetting

Typography is an art and may be defined as the art of producing printing material in accordance with its specific purpose; of so arranging the words, alloting the space and controlling the type so as to aid the reader’s comprehension of the text. We have a fonts library of several thousand and purchase more on a regular basis.

Calligraphy

Calligraphy means ‘beautiful writing’. Calligraphy can be both a delight to the eye and an inspiration to the spirit. In our technological age the appreciation of the art of calligraphy has grown incredibly.

Proofreading

Embarrassing grammar and spelling errors in your text will almost certainly render your otherwise well-thought-out copy useless.

Take advantage of DPPP’s professional proofreading service, whether it be a simple newspaper or magazine ad, technical manual or even your great unpublished Australian novel.

Logos and Pictograms

At DPPP we can create your logo from scratch to provide small businesses with a logo design that would be easy to use and offer tremendous value. In short, our mission is to make small businesses look great, medium businesses look bigger and large businesses to stay corporate.

When we design a logo we give consideration to when it needs to be reversed on dark or light background, in black and white for newspapers or with other special colour versions you might need for a two-colour publication, or for any other circumstance that may arise.

Illustrations

A simple word but it is a vast domain. At DPPP we can suggest a wide range of styles to enhance your project: cartoons, maps, 3D, architecture or industrial drawing, created by computer, oils or watercolours…there will be an appropriate solution for you. We can also work from your draft or idea and make it look even better.

Professional Photography

Working with more than 20 international image banks, we are able to offer within hours a choice of several hundred thousand photos, using a sophisticated search engine to find the perfect shot that will suit your needs from an always expanding collection of images.

If you are not able to supply the perfect shot you have in mind, we are in contact with some independent photographers who can shoot the pictures you dream of. Either way, we will find or create the perfect images to suit your needs.

Scanning Services

Our high-resolution scanner can provide you with more pixels per square inch, greater sharpness and strong density shadows.

Even if your slides are dusty or scratched, we can provide an electronic retouching service to clean, restore and even enhance the quality of your originals. The results will be amazing.

We have a very wide range of special effects to apply to your photos, including deep-etching, feathering, mixing of images, embossing and fading. We can provide you with a copy saved on any kind of media, or downloaded to your computer in the format of your choice.

High-End Retouching

Photos, digital files, slides or paper prints will invariably need to be colour retouched and adjusted to the same tonal range to print satisfactorily. This is often difficult for the customer to understand since an image can have excellent colour on screen but then in print lose much of the vibrancy of the colours. This is due mainly to the differences between the way images are constructed for display on a monitor and printing with inks. Basically, colour retouching would involve taking cyan and magenta out of the areas of the image where there is a tendency for them to ‘muddy’ the image.

Everything we print is always colour corrected for the best possible result.
